How your CRM gets activated
On the SaaS and Dedicated Instance plans you install nothing — no ZIP to upload, no server to touch. Everything is provisioned automatically as soon as your payment is confirmed.
This page covers activation. For trunks, onboarding customers, or other in-app tasks, check the guides.
What you need on your end
- Nothing technical: just the subdomain name you want and your billing details.
- You don't need your own database — we create and manage it as part of the service.
- No server access or hosting permissions needed — there's nothing to upload on your end.
Daily backups of your database and files are already included and managed by us — nothing to configure.
Step by step
- Choose your plan (Basic, VIP, or Premium) and pay via Ziina.
- As soon as payment is confirmed, we create your account: your own subdomain, database, and admin user — fully automatic, no ZIP or installer.
- You get an email with access to your CRM and your shared telephony (if you got that add-on).
- Need something integrated that isn't documented (a carrier, a local payment gateway, your own system)? We'll scope it with you and build it as part of the service — it's not something you code yourself.
What happens automatically when you pay
Here's, in simple terms, the process that fires on its own the moment your payment is confirmed — you don't run any of this.
// Payment confirmed on Ziina
{ "event": "payment.confirmed", "customer": "tu@empresa.com", "plan": "saas" }
// Your account is created automatically, no ZIP or installer
{ "tenant": "tuempresa.ccglobalcrm.com", "database": "creada", "status": "activo" }
// Access arrives by email
{ "email_enviado": "tuempresa.ccglobalcrm.com", "usuario_admin": "listo" }
Need something you don't see here — a shipping carrier, a local payment gateway, an integration with your own system? That's part of the service: we talk it through and build it for you. The only mode with a real token-based installer is on-premise, and that's always coordinated directly with our team — it's not self-service.
